Our resistance is our destiny, embrace it!
Recommended Books for Healing The Body & Soul

The Untethered Soul
Michael Singer
The Untethered Soul is probably the simplest instruction set to quickly transform one’s life. The book focuses on tools that help us let go of our fears, anxieities and live life fully. This is managed by understanding how to stop listening to our monkey mind and connect into the flow of the universe. This Untethered Soul is very similar to A New Earth but much easier to assimilate into one’s daily life. His Sequal The Surrender Experiement is a great follow-up after you finish.

The Empath’s Survival Guide
Judith Orloff
Do you feel that the world is tough, have you been called “too sensitive” or told to “get a thicker skin”. Well, you are not alone. About 20% of the population are sensitive types and we feel much deeper than others. This causes so many struggles for us and also makes us feel alone but Judith has created a great guide to help with these struggles and solutions on how to make our challenges actually our super powers. This book has not only taught me a lot about myself but also a lot about 2 of my past girlfriends. Check it out here.

A Course in Miracles Made Easy
Alan Cohen
A Course in Miracles (ACIM) is a self-study spiritual-thought system that teaches the way to love and forgiveness. Although it is based on religious studies, anyone can gain insight from the book. Alan Cohen has taken the original text and simplified it to make it easier to absorb. Similar to The Untethered Soul, it is a very simple book to integrate into one’s life. Check it out here.

Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing
Sarah Peyton
Synopsis: “Have you ever noticed how cruel and self-sabotaging your critical inner voice can be? Have you been looking outside of yourself for friends and loved ones to reassure you of your worthiness and lovability?”
The Happiness Hypothesis
Jonathan Haidt
Many of my original ideas on how money does not promote happiness and the more you have has a direct correlation to how unhappy you become in life, started with this book. If you are ready to let go of attachments, this book may help. It took me many years to put the knowledge gained from this book into practice but you can thank this book for helping me create Loving Co-Op.

Prescence
Amy Cuddy
By accessing our personal power, we can achieve “presence”, the state in which we stop worrying about the impression we’re making on others and instead adjust the impression we’ve been making on ourselves. Amy Cuddy’s reveals, we don’t need to embark on a grand spiritual quest or complete an inner transformation to harness the power of presence. Instead, we need to nudge ourselves, moment by moment, by tweaking our body language, behavior, and mind-set in our day-to-day lives.

Recovery: Freedom from Our Addictions
Russell Brand
“This manual for self-realization comes not from a mountain but from the mud…. My qualification is not that I am better than you but I am worse.” (Russell Brand)
This book is very heavy but if you choose to follow the instruction set, it will transform your life!

Ego Is The Enemy Ryan Holiday
